How We Work

We start with an executive kickoff to clarify goals, constraints, and success metrics. Together we map stakeholders, identify dependencies, and run a focused risk scan. We then define the governance model (roles, rituals, reports) and set up a native workspace so progress is visible from day one. The outcome is a pragmatic 90-day plan with clear owners, milestones, and a first KPI baseline.
